Biography
Juan Luis Goujon is SVP and Global Head of ICEO, responsible for the growth and operations of the ICEO business across the globe.
Juan Luis is an accomplished senior executive with an extensive leadership background in selling and delivering professional services to Fortune 500 and Middle market companies across geographies. He has a distinctive view of opportunities to disrupt professional services with new models using technology such as machine learning.
Prior to LHH, Juan Luis led full P&L turnarounds as an Operating Partner for Private Equity and as CEO in some of the fund companies. He has managed operations and teams in over 20 countries including leadership roles with BPI group, MOA, BYLY Laboratories, Lois Jeans & Jackets (TYCESA).
He is fluent in English, French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese with extensive multicultural diverse working experience.
Juan Luis studied Business Administration at ICADE in Spain and has also completed the “Executive Program for Growing Companies” at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
